Who we are

SalaryRight is a salary-negotiation service operated by PixelArc Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. By using SalaryRight you agree to these terms.

What SalaryRight does

SalaryRight uses AI agents to research the market, build a negotiation strategy, and draft emails for your salary negotiation. We give you analysis, recommendations, and drafts. You review everything and decide what to send and what to accept.

You remain in control

You are the principal in your own negotiation. SalaryRight is not your agent or representative and does not act on your behalf. We do not send emails from your account — you send them. Every decision is yours.

Not legal or financial advice

SalaryRight provides information and tools to help you negotiate. We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice; for legal questions about your employment or offer, consult a qualified employment lawyer. Our analysis is not financial advice regulated by the FCA; consult a qualified adviser for personal financial decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SalaryRight.

Pricing and the guarantee

The initial analysis is free. The full negotiation service is £99, charged once — no subscription and no success fee. If your final accepted offer is less than £5,000 above your original offer (or current pay, for a raise), we refund your £99 in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SalaryRight to:

  • negotiate offers that do not genuinely exist;
  • negotiate against family members or other non-arms-length parties;
  • pursue a legal or formal dispute (we are not lawyers);
  • share your account with others.

Outcomes

Negotiation outcomes depend on many factors — market conditions, employer policies, and your own actions. Beyond the £5,000 guarantee threshold, we do not guarantee any specific result.

Our content

The SalaryRight name, site, and software are owned by PixelArc Ventures Ltd. The reports, drafts, and strategies we produce for you are yours to use for your own negotiation.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll note them here with a new “last updated” date.
