Our money-back guarantee

If you complete your negotiation with our help and your final accepted offer is less than £5,000 above your original offer (or your current pay, for a raise), we refund your £99 in full. No forms, no questions, no haggling.

To qualify

  • Use SalaryRight through to a closed outcome — you accepted or rejected the final offer.
  • Engage with our recommendations — send at least some of the drafted emails or use the suggested strategy.
  • Report your final outcome to us within 30 days of accepting.

How the refund happens

In most cases it's automatic: when you record a final outcome below the £5,000 threshold, we refund your original payment method. Refunds typically reach your card within 5–10 business days. You can also request a refund at any time from your dashboard.

When the guarantee doesn't apply

  • You signed up but never engaged — no drafts reviewed, no emails sent, no recruiter replies shared.
  • You received a clear £5,000+ uplift, the evidence is in your case, and you're asking for a refund anyway.

When in doubt, we refund

If a case is borderline, we err on the side of refunding. We'd rather honour the guarantee broadly than argue about it. If you ever feel let down, email hello@salaryright.com.
